Sabrina Dallaire celebrates her ten years of service

Sabrina Dallaire, sales representative, celebrates her ten years of service with Menuiserox this year. Here is a glimpse of the professional development of this determined woman.

Simon Boucher, the founder of Menuiserox, hired Sabrina in 2011 as a sales assistant. “At the time, I took on this role and was in charge of the development of the Privazone, the first version of our online ordering website. I also provided support to the sales department team”. From the very beginning, she says, her career goal was clear: to become a sales representative.

Ms Dallaire quickly appreciates the clientele of Menuiserox. Mr. Boucher, President and Sales Director at the time, saw in her the potential of a future sales representative. “Simon started to mentor me”. Little by little, Sabrina started visiting customers and some accounts were entrusted to her. In 2016, she officially became sales representative.

Possessing a certain daring, Ms. Dallaire explains that she has the soul of an adventurer and feels completely at ease working in the stair parts industry, even if there are more men than women. “I enjoy working with useful products like the ones Menuiserox produces, and my experience as a construction worker helped to carve me out a place.” According to her, knowing your products like the back of your hand is the key to success!

Having passed the milestone of ten years of service at Menuiserox, Ms. Dallaire says she will stay at Menuiserox for several reasons, but above all because the company is well structured. She adds: “The team has a clear vision of where they are going and the management has confidence in us. I feel like I am at the right place and I intend to stay with Menuiserox for many years to come”. The Menuiserox Team takes this moment to thank Ms. Dallaire for her loyal service.
