Have you ever wondered who is the nice lady taking care of your orders at Menuiserox? This is Ms. Johanne Lapointe who is celebrating this year her forty years of service with us. Really, forty years! At just 19-years-old, Johanne joined the Menuiserox’s team. Here is an overview of her remarkable career!
Johanne’s career evolved at the same rate as Menuiserox, she explains. “At first, I was an administrative assistant and I had several tasks including accounting, orders and customer service. As the business grew, I have been assigned to order processing and customer service. At the time, this is what I preferred doing and so it is today. I am still passionate about my job!’’ Having the opportunity to work closely with all of the company departments is one aspect of her job she really enjoys.
Mutual respect and a harmonious work atmosphere are the two reasons why Johanne stayed with Menuiserox for so long. “I have always been treated with respect and consulted about the tasks that I preferred doing. This lead me to become in charge of customer service and order processing. I love being in touch with customers and handling their requests with the utmost attention, “she says. Needless to say that Johanne is very sociable and thorough, two essential qualities to do this job.
The whole team would like to thank Ms. Lapointe for her years of service and her generous contribution to Menuiserox’s success!
Roxzone Tips: Order history section, to order the right products faster!
There is an Order History section in Roxzone which can be very useful to reorder a product that has multiple options. A simple way to recommend the right product, quickly!
To view the Order History, click on the menu button in the upper left corner and then click on Order History.
Once in the Order History section, you will see all your previous orders there. Click on the eye icon on the right to view the order. To add an item, simply click on the reorder icon. The product sheet will open offering you to adjust the quantity and click on add to cart to complete.
A busy summer
What a busy summer, and who would’ve believed that! While everyone thought that the current pandemic would slow down the construction industry, summer’s 2020 has been one of the busiest summers for the housing market for the past few years.
