Steeve and Simon Boucher, the founder of Menuiserox, first met while Mr. Carrier was working for a competitor. “The chemistry instanly set between the two of us. I immediately liked Menuiserox’s business model and Simon’s vision at the time,” he says. This is how Steeve joined the team as a representative and quickly, he carved out his place. In 1996, he became co-owner of Menuiserox until 2008. During this period, he held various position including sales representative, VP of sales, vice-president & business development manager. Steeve explains his rise as follows: “My main strength remains my knowledge of wood and of stair parts, because first of all, I am a carpenter. This background really gave me a head start”. In 2009, Mr. Carrier set out as an independent manufacturing agent while continuing to represent Menuiserox in Canada and the United States.

What still fascinates Mr. Carrier after more than twenty-five years in the stair parts business is the privileged relationship he maintains with customers: “we start from a tree that we transform into a finished product that our customers really need. That’s the beauty of it!” he explains. Full of energy, Mr. Carrier mentions always giving his very best not to close a quick sale, but rather to build long-term business relationships.

When we asked Steeve why he works with Menuiserox for so long, his answer came straightforward:

Roxzone Tips: Order history section, to order the right products faster!

There is an Order History section in Roxzone which can be very useful to reorder a product with options that are already selected. A simple way to recommend the right product, quickly!

To view the Order History, click on the menu button in the upper left corner and then, click on Order History.

Once in the history, you will see all your previous orders there. Click on the eye icon on the right to view a specific order. To add an item, simply click on the reorder icon.

The product page will pop up offering you to add the new quantity. Click on add to cart to complete and voilà!
